The MGAN 2025 event starts at 7pm.

The dress code for MGAN 2025 is Elegance with a Cuban twist. Elegant evening wear with a touch of flair - inspired by the vibrant spirit of Cuba. Think bold prints, tropical hues, and flowy fabrics. Channel old-school Cuban glamour with fedoras, floras, and a splash of retro charm. Embrace vintage chic with a twist of island flair.

MGAN 2025 is being held at Hall 10 & 11, Level 3, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur.

Yes, we recommend entering through the North Entrance (Door 10) for the best access. Alternatively, you may also use the South Entrance (Door 11).

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before the event start time, around 7 PM. This will provide ample opportunity for check-in procedures and securing your preferred seating arrangements.

Simply bring along your smartphone equipped with a QR code scanner for the check-in process.

To check in, head to the self-check-in kiosks (iPad scanners) at the entrance. Scan your QR code or key in your Maybank email to retrieve your ticket. Ushers will be stationed in each zone to guide you to your seat, and a floor map with table numbers will be displayed at the foyer for your reference.

Yes, seat changes may be possible depending on availability. Please approach your Region PIC, Zone Manager, or an usher at your designated zone for assistance. Do note that you may move freely within the tables assigned to your region.

Yes, there will be basement parking available at a flat rate of RM15. Once basement parking is full, you may proceed to park at Level 2, MITEC KL - our security guards will usher you to the right parking spot. Please note that a 5% charge will incur for those using Credit Cards. There will be signage leading up to the parking area.

Surau/prayer room is located at Levels 1A & 2, MITEC KL.

All attendees are to find their transportation to the event unless stated otherwise.

In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of the ushers and event staff. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the venue. Paramedics and First Aiders (FAST) are on standby—if you need assistance, kindly approach the nearest usher.
